Human hostile factions are powerful enemies that use firearms. Unlike zombies, they attack with gunfire, making cover-based tactics essential.

Rebels

Characteristics

  • Human enemies that attack with firearms
  • Wear head accessories (can be dropped)
  • Appear on all maps

Drops

Drop Details
Red Poker Chips Used to purchase Warehouse/Crossroads keys
Random Loot Equipment, consumables, etc.
Head Accessories The accessories they were wearing

How to Deal With Them

  • Actively hunt them to collect Red Poker Chips

Renegades

Characteristics

  • An advanced hostile faction, stronger than Rebels
  • 3 types exist, each with different equipment and behavior patterns
  • Wear Headpieces (head gear)

How to Deal With Them

  • They are stronger than Rebels, so bring adequate equipment
  • Learn the behavior patterns of the 3 types and plan accordingly
  • Black Poker Chips are highly valuable, so collect them actively

Using Poker Chips

  • Red Poker Chips (Rebels) → Purchase Warehouse/Crossroads keys
  • Black Poker Chips (Renegades) → Purchase Mall/Deadrise keys/keycards
  • Mutual exchange is also possible at the Gambler NPC
