Difficulty Score Calculation System
Deadline Escape's difficulty is determined by a score calculated from a combination of 3 parameters, which classifies it into one of 6 levels.
Adjustable Parameters
| Parameter | Description |
|---|---|
| Enemy Health | Amount of enemy health |
| Enemy Damage | Enemy attack damage |
| Enemy Fire Rate Cooldown | Interval between enemy shots |
Each parameter can be adjusted individually, and the total score determines the difficulty level.
Difficulty Levels
| Difficulty | Condition | Recommended For |
|---|---|---|
| Casual | All settings at minimum | Players new to FPS games, or those who want to enjoy the story |
| Easy | Low combination | Players who want a casual experience |
| Normal | Standard combination | Players with general FPS experience |
| Hard | High combination | Players seeking a challenge |
| Extreme | Very high combination | Advanced players looking for high difficulty |
| Unfair | All settings at maximum | Players who want to prove their ultimate skill |
Difficulty and Achievements
Each difficulty level has corresponding Steam achievements. There are achievements related to extraction statistics for each difficulty, from Casual to Unfair. To complete all achievements, you will need to play on every difficulty level.
