Throwables

Throwables

Throwables use the right-hand grenade slot. Equip the item, hold left-click to start the throwing motion — a trajectory arc appears — and release to throw. You can cancel mid-motion by weapon-switching.

Two throwables are currently in the game:

Item Type Weight Sell Price
HE Grenade Explosive 1 kg 40 $
Green Glowstick Illuminant 0.5 kg 15 $

HE Grenade

A standard fragmentation grenade. Hold left-click to cook; release to throw.

  • Deals lethal damage inside its blast radius.
  • Effective against clustered zombies, flushing out rebels hiding behind cover, and detonating in doorways before a push.
  • Fuse begins the moment you release the throw. Cooking behaviour (holding before release) follows standard rules — don't hold too long or it detonates in hand.

Green Glowstick

Single-use light source. Snapped and thrown to illuminate an area.

  • Useful inside dark bunkers or night-sector interiors where a flashlight would give away your position.
  • Does not draw enemy attention (it's a passive light, not a gunshot).
  • Best dropped behind you at a chokepoint so you can see returning enemies silhouetted.

Tips

  • Throwables are cheap to stockpile. Keep at least one HE Grenade on every high-difficulty raid for "oh-no" moments.
  • Throw trajectory displays before release — use the arc preview to pre-aim corner throws.
  • Glowsticks can mark extraction paths for return trips through complex interiors.

Specific HE Grenade damage, blast radius, and fuse time are not currently published. Verify in-game before relying on exact numbers.
