Getting Started

Getting Started is the first Main quest Zac hands out. It's a tutorial task that never leaves the Hideout — its purpose is to walk you through the core loop of equipping supplies and interacting with the quest-giver.

Objectives

1. Get supplies from your stash.
2. Interact with Zac to finish the quest.

Walkthrough

1. Open your character inventory and equip the starter supplies sitting in your stash — typically a backpack and a weapon.
2. Walk to Zac (the elderly NPC next to the Shopping Cart).
3. Press F or interact to talk to him, and select the option to complete the quest.

Rewards

Completion unlocks the rest of Zac's task board, including Raid Protocol and the first sub quests. Reward money/XP values are small — the purpose is progression gating, not farming.

Tips

• Don't overthink it — this quest cannot be failed. The only goal is familiarization.
• Glance at the interaction hints that appear while you're in the Hideout; they continue to be useful after this quest.
